3 cups potatoes, cut into chunks
1 cup chopped onion
2 diced celery ribs
3 cup water
3/4 cup flour
4 cup milk
1/4 tsp pepper
2-1/2 cups broccoli
1 cup grated carrots
4 tsp crushed chicken bouillon
3/4 cup butter
1 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp salt
1 cup cubed ham
Combine ingredients into large stovetop pot. Cook thoroughly until cheese is melted and potatoes are soft and chowder is ready to serve.
